Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which membership, payments and cancellations are handled at YouWe Matrimony.
1. Membership Activation

Services under paid plans are activated immediately after successful payment.

Members can start using premium features once the plan is active.
2. Refund Eligibility

All payments made for membership or premium services are non-refundable.

Refunds are not applicable for partial usage, unused duration, or change of preference after activation.
3. Cancellation of Membership

Users may request cancellation or deactivation of their account at any time.

Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining validity period.

Users may contact support for reactivation if needed.
4. Duplicate / Failed Transactions

In case of double payment or failed payment where the amount is deducted but service is not activated, the amount will be refunded upon verification.

Users must provide payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID) to process such claims.
5. Assisted Service Payments

For assisted matchmaking services, fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once team allocation and processing begin.
6. Plan Upgrades

Users may upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the difference amount.

Downgrading or shifting to a lower plan is not eligible for refund or adjustment.
7. Policy Amendments

YouWe Matrimony reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy as required.

Continued usage after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
